  Phone duly arrived and was well packaged for postage, the phone was in immaculate condition but unfortunately would not charge. Contacted the seller who was very helpful and gave some suggestions to try which didn't remedy the problem. The seller authorised a return and quickly refunded the cost of the phone on it being returned. 5* seller who was courteous and very helpful.

  As described, phone had screen seal on which bodes well 4 it being new, not in Doro box .. seller was helpful .. thanx 😊👍🏻
