    Item was advertised as a rebuilt Chrysler pump (by Cardone) but it said it was new, from China, when I got it. Contacted seller, and they told me to see if it worked by installing it, as I had few options at that point. I did, but it did not work for some reason (would not pump fluid), so I contacted them again. They immediately worked out a full refund and covered the cost of returning the pump. Overall, very happy with seller, even though THIS purchase didn't work out, and will use again!

    Perfect fit for my 2000 GMC Safari 3 door 2 wheel drive passenger van. No auto store near me had the transmission line I needed. So I went on eBay and found my exact fit. Item as described.     Seller had great communications. There was a difference of interpretation of what 4/case meant. Seller indicated 6 x 8 bottles and one box. I felt that 4/case meant 4 boxes of 6 x 8oz bottles. I worked through the issue with seller and I felt that they handled very well. Quality customer service is invaluable. This seller is spot on. I’d highly recommend recommend doing business with this seller.

    The steering wheel that was listed for my truck was wrong. I ask to exchange it for the correct one. But was told this seller does not do exchanges. I shipped the steering wheel back, yet still waiting on a refund. I do NOT recommend this seller.
