  The transaction was seamless. I inadvertently ordered it shipped to the wrong address, and the seller worked very diligently to help resolve the issue. The item exceeded the description and I believe the price I paid was a bargain.

  Prompt shipping, item arrived as pictured. Packaging was secure, but wish the seller had not flattened the leather so much -- there was a crease in the strap which took some effort to get out. I was able to correct it and no permanent damage to the leather, so all is well. Overall happy with the purchase.

  Item was sticking out of the cardboard box & the shipping envelope. Could have been wrapped better,but this was Obviously an USPS issue! Seller willing to take it back,but didn't have another one & I got it at a good price. Decided to take my chances that the clock still works.
