    The shipping was not free, & arrived via USPS. I have weekly issues here, with USPS. I was not thrilled to pay for the shipping, given the poor history of USPS delivery service here. It took longer than expected, to arrive. It arrived well packed, in a sturdy box to protect it. The item was as described, with the proper finish. Only the escutcheon trim, had a minor flaw in it. I found this exact item, in a different finish, for much less, & free shipping. Still better value than buying it new.

    They finally arrived!! USPS did a horrible job routing the package - but a little patience and it all worked out, as this was not the fault of the seller. Sheets arrived well packaged and brand new. Very happy with the purchase as it was exactly as described. The shipping was not the fault of the seller- USPS is really struggling lately. Very pleased with everything- A+++ seller!!

    Really amazing seller. Seriously one of the best transactions I’ve had on here. Communication was awesome, super transparent and reasonable. Fast shipping, I appreciate that seller did not cheap out like other sellers on the shipping and paid for expedited delivery. Item condition was better than described. I will 100% come back to do more business again.

    Excellent seller! Great communication, speedy shipping, and arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected. Although the box was damaged (that's on USPS), shoes were not. Fit exactly as my old pair. Would definitely do business with this seller again. Two thumbs up and THANK YOU!
