    My parcel took a few extra days to arrive and when it did the parcel was damaged with nothing inside. However I've contacted the seller with my problem and got a very quick response back saying another one has been despatched for me and within a few days it was with me. Very happy with the quality of service from this seller. Definitely recommend!

    When it arrived there was 1 part missing I contacted the seller and told them within 3 days the part arrived without any hassle so I can say glad I bought from you most would probably not even replyed to me good seller and will buy from them again without any question

    Good quality & price eyebolts, delivery time was ok, however, the packaging was open and the bolts were hanging out the end of the plastic bag, but i had a second parcel from someone else and this had also been ripped open to reveal the contents, the Royal Mail postman was apologetic as he knew as well as i that someone on the parcels journey was looking for more valuable contents, and not eyebolts, but the bolts were all there and it wasn't SecureFixDirect's fault so i haven't penalised them,

    Normally ,I just put good product would buy again, but in this case I feel that I must put more, I ordered two straps and only one was delivered, obviously a mistake in the packing department , I messaged the seller and got an immediate reply that the second strap would be sent, this has now arrived . Absolutely 💯 % honest and reliable seller, thanks.

    Item arrived today as described, however I would suggest they are packed a little better as a plastic bag covering three quarters of the product seems a little short of a good idea However we were lucky this time it didn't get damaged in transit and it will do what we need it for. Many thanks.
