  Was skeptical about ordering for several reason, *I thought it was coming from Canada but it was really from China took 3 weeks to get to the USA. *phone was bubble wrapped alot sealed inside of a nice plastic box which I was thankful for because outside packaging did get a little wet (smeared ink and a hole) charger, cord, and key were all included! * Phone was immaculate and authentic zero activation problems.   Phone arrived safely secured in a reusable, hard plastic container. Did not come with any charger or sim 'key', may have been my ignorance that 'open box' only meant the box was open but all contents included: it was only the phone. Make sure you verify what is included in 'open box', I'm not deducting points because I didn't do my due diligence.

  First the item was advertised to be in the United States but ended up being in China arrived weeks late. Meanwhile seller sent me a cheesy decoy gift and assigned tracking for it to the real item. It was not the phone advertised. This iis an unlocked phone but is NOT FACTORY UNLOCKED! It was supposed to be "open box" condition but I believe it was reconditioned instead of true open box. Several apps won't work on it including eBay mobile app. Seller is misleading at best.

  I can only say this was a great purchase. Everything is fully functional,apprearance is immaculate no imperfections. I had read the prior reviews & they had me kind of apprehensive, but the phone came & was everything that was detailed in the description. Sincerely satisfied with my purchase. Much appreciation to the seller, even got my phone 2 days prior than the expected date. Overall a great experience with this seller!

  Not as advertised be aware of buying from this person. No good try to contact them several times didn't email me back. Had to get ebay involved. Phone was not unlocked. Verizon told me phone was either stolen or internally damaged. Either way they should have caught it before they shipped it out.
