The product arrived within the promised 7-day delivery window, securely packaged in strong, protective materials, with the powder sealed in a tall, waterproof bag for added freshness. I mixed a spoonful into a glass of water with a pinch of pepper for breakfast, and it kept me full, delaying my need for a meal until lunch.
