  First (slow) delivery of fragile 3D printed parts was in poor package and so arrived shattered, however I contacted the seller, he answered very quickly and promptly sent a replacement in much better packaging. It arrived quicker and in perfect condition. Great follow up customer service, however problem could have been avoided easily in the first place.
