    The disc arrived with a crack in it & the DVD skipped/froze. They were quick to respond, very apologetic, & refunded me fast. The customer service was 10/10, and for that I'm leaving a positive review, despite the product being damaged.

    Unfortunately the top of the outer box sleeve was crunched up during shipping. I think this shipped from the east coast and I'm on the west coast so it might be pertinent to add a little more protection to the item for the shipping journey
