  Excellent experience with an international transaction! The seller is pleasant, proactive and responsive from acknowledging the transaction up to making sure it was delivered on time and in good condition. The CDs were neatly packed in bubble wrap, with extra padding inside the box. They were brand new, unopened, and arrived in perfect shape.   Absolutely stellar customer service. Once I ordered the product, this seller reached out to confirm the projected shipping dates and how long it might take to arrive. When it arrive (much earlier than anticipated, which is awesome), it was so professionally packed. The book is exactly as described, and then some. Quality/Condition/Value/Appearance - 10/10. I'm so happy I have a hard copy of the artwork of one of my favorite animators/directors. Thank you.

  Perfect packaging for an international CD delivery, light waterproof and tough. Yet it could still be posted through my letterbox. The CD was brand new, unopened and undamaged. Including the international postage it was very good value, though the £ to ¥ rate did help. Would buy again from seller.
