  There were three main failures by the seller in this transaction: 1. Shipping - Took a long time to get the product. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. 2. Missing Parts - The product has advertised as “like new” return, but it was actually missing a part, so I can’t use it. 3. Communication - Seller offered to get a replacement part, and then has ghosted me for the past 4 days. I don’t think the seller would wait for days for my money if I had already received the product.

  The seller intentionally sent me the wrong product, and he covered the part number in the box with a Amazon sticker to trick me; I have not received an answer yet, even though I wrote several messages to him.

  Great product and re-packaged extremely well, i.e., double corrugated cardboard box inside another larger box. Delivery time was lickety-split fast too! We unboxed it as soon as we returned home from the office and loved it! We had to try it right away and we weren't disappointed. Thanks so much!!
