    Because of the positive communication I had with the seller, I revised my feedback from negative to positive ( initially I wanted to revise it to neutral, but I was very impressed with the quick response from the seller). Seller promised to improve the packaging in the future, and said that the long delay in sending the item was due to personal issues ( I understand things can happen sometimes, and I will be reasonable about it). Thank you for the quick response.

    The seller reached out to me with an apology for the poor packaging and the long delay letting me know that she takes full responsibility and that she will improve her packaging in the future. Because the seller's response was so professional and cordial, I would like to change my rating from negative to neutral. Thank you, I apreciate your response.
