  We first got glasses like these over 40 years ago and lost a few to breakage so it was exciting to find them again in this list. They were shipped the day after the purchase and because they are so delicate, it was important to package them carefully to avoid any breakage during shipment across country. They arrived in perfect condition and were packaged extraordinarily well. Very impressed by this seller. .

  I own the original of this painting and wanted the print. It arrived with a broken glass that had damaged the print, just a bit. I contacted the seller who immediately (without even a suggestion from me) refunded my entire purchase price. What's not to love about that kind of focus on customer satisfaction!

  Shipping , when I received the item, the box was completely open o n two sides. Packaging was great. There was enough packaging paper ìn the box to keep the item in. Description. It is not a new Coach . Per the pictures I have enclosed. There are rub marks on the bag. Plus there are crumbs in the packets and between the top closing flap.The magnetic closure does not close tightly. It closes, but is very easy to come unfasten. You must be very careful. This is a gently used bag. Value good
