    Package arrived today, product looks excellent, as described, in great rebuilt condition. Packaged very well, looks like item shifted during shipment and pierced box side, item was still in fine shape, no damage. Package arrived 4 days later than latest date expected, probably just busy or backlogged. Contacted seller when I did not receive shipping info by time they said it would ship (w/in 15 d) and they responded same day, and shipped it out immediately. Will certainly shop with them again.

    I've order from RJEWEL several times now and have been extremely happy buying from them each time. Their products are always in great condition even being used, they often refurbish them with excellent detail. Shipping and packaging is always on point. Shipments always come before their expected date and the packaging is excellent. All in all, everything I have purchased has been as described in the listing making this an amazing value for the tools you are getting.

    Rjewel Tool delivered the exact item in the photographs. The tool is in excellent condition and better than I had expected at a very very good price. Great communications and tracking information had the planer in my hands much quicker than I imagined possible directly from Japan just before the Christmas holiday. It is obvious that this seller takes great pride in their offerings and did an excellent job in securely packaging the tool for shipment. I will not hesitate in purchasing again!!

    Communication was exceptional, shipment was timely. Received item packaged well. Upon opening found item was broken but other than that look almost new. Item was refurbished back to new. After sending message to sender they responded promptly and sending replacement part at no further charge. Excellent company to work with. Most definitely will do business with them again and strongly recommend buying buying from them!!
