  Balloons cleary don’t arrive in the 2-3 days specified they still haven’t arrived, I tried to contact the seller prior to my sons bday response too late, I ordered x2 sets of balloons because my eldest son has his birthday 5 days after my youngest, I had to go out and buy more balloons, and still closer to my eldest sons birthday his balloons haven’t arrived either I’ve had plenty of other items delivered with eBay stating 2-3 days delivery I’m doubting it’s a UK seller
