    Item finally arrived today. It came in a USPS envelope. Upon opening, the original envelope was severely mangled. Goes without saying, it got caught in a USPS sorting machine. Not the seller’s fault at all. Item was in good condition with everything considered. Seller was sympathetic and offered a refund, but as stated item did arrive. Highly recommended Seller!!!!

    Excellent transaction in every way! This item is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. No problems whatsoever. It was packaged well, so as not to get damaged during shipment.     Accidentally got a different patch than what I ordered. Seller made it right and let me keep the mistaken patch. There was a problem with the transit of new patch(delivery service not the seller) and it was mailed somewhere else. The seller was persistent to make sure I got what I ordered with no extra charges. I highly recommend this seller not only for quality patches but excellent customer service. I will purchase more in the future.
