    I had a great 1st experience with this seller! My item was as described, it arrived ahead of time, it was undamaged and communication was excellent. I asked the seller to wrap my item up in some bubble wrap and ship it in a box which was kindly done for me. The seller not only did that but also used packing paper on all sides so that my item wouldn't get bounced around inside of the box. I highly recommend this seller and I would buy from them again without hesitation! 5 stars across the board!

    I received the Item today. Item does not work. I checked the power source and the cord that came with it. All check out good. I contacted the seller. He stated it worked when it was shipped. Seller was very pleasant to deal with. He stated that I need to start a return. I have done so now waiting for the shipping label. Seller contacted me again and said once he receives the Item back he will Issue a full refund. I would buy from this seller again

    Item was packaged tightly and arrived in good condition. Shipping was within a week , very fast!. Candleholder was in good condition as pictured and described. Compared to other offers the value was very good. Many thanks!

    I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the delicate porcelain items arrived intact, which is a testament to the exceptional packaging. The items were carefully shipped in their original boxes, ensuring the amazing description and pics.
