  I had a bit of a hiccup with the parcel getting lost in the post, but I have to say that Alex was absolutely brilliant and sent me a new one that arrived within 24 hrs of our first contact ! These guys are exceptional in their customer services and I would highly recommend them ! Second to none ! Thanks again.

  Seller sent wrong item and ignored messages I sent. Had to initiate return through ebay which took time but fortunately worked. P&P for return was free but I had to pay for packaging and it all takes time. So very poor experience from seller - see other negative reviews for this seller and you will see I am not the only one who has had this type of problem
