    Postage was a fair bit slower than advertised seller took over a week to post the item. Contacted the seller but they were a bit slow to reply and took a while to give me the tracking number. Eventually console came in good condition and was packaged well. Both screens have a screen protector already attached. The bottom touch screen is a bit unresponsive in some areas. I'm hoping its just the screen protector.

    Still a good product, however I received a 3ds XL black, rather than a NEW 3ds XL in metallic black, which was specified in the description. The communication between the seller was very good and responsive.

    Stay away from this seller. Item received is not as described. There were chips missing from the finish when description says “minor scratches”. Contacted seller of issue. Offered partial refund, but won’t say how much. Response slow to non existent. My mistake for not reading previous reviews. Common theme of bad descriptions and bait and switch.

    Complete waste of time. Buyer beware - the seller sent me an offer on a reel. I accepted, paid and waited... and waited. 3 days later I asked when my item would ship and was told my item was being prepared for shipping. I ask again when I never recieved tracking info and was told they didn't have the reel I paid for. The reel they sent me an offer on. They offered an older model that was no where near as nice as the one I paid for.

    Seller understanding and good communication. I ordered new 3ds xl, but received the old version. But the seller was understanding and provided a partial refund insteand of shipping it back to japan
