    The item was shipped well and arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately, it was not a perfect fit for my cello. That said, the seller was very responsive and understanding throughout. After a brief email and pictures of the issue, the seller issued a return label and promptly refunded my money. Good communication and integrity go a long way. Even though the part did not work out, I am very satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    Great seller, I have made a number of transactions with them and had a great experience for all Item arrived as described, well packed in excellent condition, and at a very good price Seller was very prompt, helpful and generous to handle any questions and issues with delivery.

    ~Unfortunately, the item arrived broken. This was not the seller's fault, as they packaged the item well with lots of bubble wrap; I suspect the post office was not kind to the box during shipping~I contacted the seller and they responded right away and refunded me, which I greatly appreciate~I would recommend this seller 100%~They are very professional~

    Thank you for the little viola! It is wonderful, was shipped in a timely manner, and was packaged in a strong new cardboard box. It was BETTER than described, which makes it an excellent value. I am very happy.

    Shipped on time but was delayed but the US postal service because they suck and can't do anything right. it shipped from mn to CA back NC a week longer then it should have taken. Was as described by the saler and was packaged good. It's no fault of the saler on the delay of the US postal service.
