    Laptop looked like brand new. There was an error in the listing but they communicated it promptly and offered a partial refund which I happily accepted. Shipping was fast enough considering it's a small town. Laptop was packed with care so no damage during shipping. Very happy with what I got for the price.

    Quality - 10/10, Condition - 10/10, Value - 100/10, Appearance - 10/10. This was my first time buying something from a third party seller, and the offer was genuinely amazing. The seller was friendly, answered on all questions and concerns related to the ad (the product as well) accurately and in timely manner. This is almost too good to be true, I will post an update if something goes wrong. Though, I am driving this laptop for a week, and I am very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended.

    Warning - French keyboard, misleading / incomplete item description The keyboard was very nicely packaged in a large box with great padding. The shipping was very fast, all the way across Canada. However the whole experience was ruined when I saw the box. This is the French keyboard version, nowhere was this mentioned in the item description. Really disappointed in what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience and great price.
