  I received the head over, but it was not new as advertised. I immediately contacted the seller and let them know my issue. They quickly responded and worked out a solution. I appreciate sellers who want to do right, and this one did. Thank you!

  advertised item as new but sent used. It was stained, had obvious signs of wear and wasn’t in any original packaging. Contacted seller did not send return label, apologized and said he sent by mistake but since has not answered messages.

  What a bunch of bologna. The headcover was New. You give so many negative feedbacks to sellers without true meaning. I sent a return postage label to you and there has been no return as of yet. This buyer gives many negative feedbacks to sellers. Ebay needs to take action with this buyer so he does not keep giving honest sellers a problem with undeserved negative feedbacks.
