  Purchase went very smoothly, excellent communication with seller, purchase is superb quality, great value for money and in excellent condition exactly as described, grade A+, despatched immediately and arrived next day. Absolutely cannot fault the seller or the purchase. Very many thanks 🤩

  There was some delay in mailing the item but it was not the seller's fault as mail was disrupted during the Christmas - New Year period. Seller was quick to respond to enquiries and very generous in offering a full refund if the delay in shipping caused me to change my mind. (It didn't.) I received the package eventually but haven't had a chance to test it. I'm sure it will be fine. I can recommend this seller.

  Brilliant, collected to the good from the seller with his permission, really good communication, even though I asked loads of questions 😂 Alienware as described, no problems at all. I can’t say enough about the seller really nice to deal with. Very happy customer well done 👍

  Seller sent power supply, I did not use it so returned it, but seller tried to charge extra on the agreed return, as said item was used/damaged. I took videos of parcel arriving and being sent back in same state. Seller then said it wasn’t him that applied the fees, but eBay did the fees(it wasn’t eBay) I screenshotted proof to seller.. I got my cash back but be wary buyers

  I received item, even I didn't open box because my MacBook didn't have ssd slot, so I contact the seller and request refund and he just give partial refund, the seller took a picture of item saying one of component has been damaged but if I didn't take from box how is that possible. don't trust will not use again. thanks eBay solving my issue.

  Item broken in transit so sent back same day seller has been real nice about it and has apologised for pc being damaged in transit so I wait for refund before buying another from same buyer. excellent service apart from courier services that is
