They offered to cancel and give a full refund, or send the item with a partial refund which is what I chose. The item is great, and I can sew the flawed portion back up.   5 Star Seller! Superior service & item! A great and rare find at a very reasonable price, in pristine condition, and exactly as described! A little delayed in transit due to post office backlog, but seller responded promptly to my inquiry, and we were able to enlist the post office's help to locate it and deliver it soon afterwards!   Honestly, this is the best experience I've ever had on eBay. This seller is above & beyond, truly. The seller apologized for not being home and able to send my package immediately and something extra & special for my understanding. The thing is it was only mailed a day later than she liked, and the package arrived very promptly. So there was no delay! Other sellers do not do this. The purchase was a birthday gift for a child, who was thrilled! HIGHLY recommend this seller!

  Arrived in very good used vintage condition exactly as described. Clean, no splits,stains, odours, holes, or broken studs. Packaged carefully and thoughtfully. Will buy again. Shipping was not ridiculously exhoribitant it was it was moderate, expensive for 1X 12" dolls dress, light weight! Seller recommended.
