    I have purchased electronic components from this vendor in the past for our mechanical department . Product has always performed excellent . They have good products at a GREAT value . Packaged well always arriving in Good Condition . There coil packs have a good custom Appearance our customers like. I ordered part earlier in the week with expectation of parts next week. Tracking is showing parts are already in town with possibility of delivery earlier than expected

    Although I did not receive my package, their customer service gave me two options; either send another same package again or a full refund. I opted for the full refund. They were very courteous and kind. I'm disappointed, but I am very impressed and happy with the outcome. Perfect Customer service!

    Product looks like a good item, haven't been able to try it out yet, the item was a make offer item,made my offer and seller took the entire time to respond before except it,then took a couple days to ship and changed the delivery day twice and then got it a day earlier than they said,if the part is good id possible do business with them again, just not make a offer
