  Phone was shipped the same day. And was slightly confusing when it said brand new unopened and showed up with a taped shut box and different IMEI numbers that pictured in listing. Asked seller about this (which he was very quick to respond) and he said it was opened to unlock the phone and said phone was brand new. I checked serial numbers and they were clean and said never activated. Overall happy with seller and would buy from again.

  The seller was very responsive 2 messages & answered all questions. The item was listed as "New in Box" & "unlocked"; however, the seller failed 2 mention that the item was "open box" & that they performed the unlock (it was not a factory unlocked phone). Due 2 this, my carrier states that the item is "not fully compatible" with their network. This seems 2 be because this phone was originally locked 2 Verizon. Seller was generous & helped resolve my issues. The phone appears 2 be working fine.

  My only complaint is that the item was listed as "Brand New" but was an Open Box/Like New. I would still recommend the seller overall.
