  While I was pleased that the item was shipped quickly, when I opened the scrub container, the seal had been lifted, and the container was largely empty. Other items appeared fine, but the main reason I was buying this set was for the scrub, so I was initially disappointed. However, after contacting this seller, they agreed to provide a refund, so you can buy from this seller without worrying. They were polite and courteous in our interactions as well.

  Product was as shown on imagery and as described. Rituals product is made from recycled plastic bottle. Quality of product poor. Costs on product rather steep. Expect lengthy shipping times. Outstanding communications skills, however, Customer service skills requires significant improvements. Absolutely pleased with the product and seller.
