  Box just came in, went and opened it and let me tell you what, I've never seen a box well packaged before when ordering atv parts. Each wheel was wrapped in its own paper, the bottom of the inside of the box had paper for padding, on top of the 2 wheels there was more paper, the last rim was stacked on top and then more paper padding was put on top and the box was sealed, 10/10 would definitely buy from again, super fast shipping, was as described and value was on point.   Piece did not ship with the others so I sent a message and received a response within 24hrs along with shipping confirmation....talk about service! This is it, no back & forth, no questions asked. Immediately sent out the missing piece. Definitely a very reputable company who I was glad to do business with. As for the part itself, it arrived as described, & just as the picture in the listing showed. Overall very happy with my purchase, didn't mind the mistake & saved seller as a favorite.

  Winch Wireless Remote and module: Fast shipper, wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and in a separate plastic bag. Packaged was examined and was as described. Price point made for excellent value. Would deal with again.

  quality parts dealer i left a bad review because the part came in worse condition than described. i called them and they made it right with a 50% refund or option for a whole new (more expensive) part at the same cost. i took the 50% refund and will still be able to complete my project with a little more work. they definitely care about their costumers make things right
