I ordered the repair cable on 2 August and it arrived on 4 August with an offer to effect the repair if I sent the charger to Powa Technic in Sheffield to be fixed for £5. I sent it on 4 August and the repaired charged arrved today, 7 August. How's that for speedy service.

And despite making the purchase on a Friday it still arrived before 1pm on the Saturday. The quality of the charger is second to none and overall would not hesitate to purchase again from them.
