For instance, a doctor who attended Harvard Medical School did my husband a favor. To thank him, we framed a linen postcard from the 30s of the school's administration building. He was thrilled with the gift and put it on his mantle in his office. You can use your imagination and come up with a personal gift that will be very much appreciated.
