    All is good, but would have opted for combined shipping (if it were an option) if offered. 2 large boxes sent with one small clamp in each box seems wasteful and rediculous. Although shipping was included or "free" as listed, how about a combined shipping offer with multiple purchases? Just a thought.

    First one I recieved looked to have been a previous return and was damaged and marked up. Contacted them and they promptly advised they would send out another one to me. Second one arrived a few days later and was in perfect new condition as described. Excellent customer service when problem arrised and they got it corrected and a good part out to me. Appreciate the effort and great customer service. Thanks, will buy from you guys again!

    Sellers ad stated I would receive this item in 4 or less days. It took 8 days to receive. When i complained to the seller, they had no remorse at all and acted like this was the normal delivery time. When I questioned why they are lying to possible buyers, I got no reply. SO BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER, THE DELIVERY DATE LISTED WITH THE ITEM WILL BE NOT EVEN NEAR THE ACTUAL DATE OF DELIVERY AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY APPOLOGY!
