    Puppet arrived very well packaged. Exactly as described and pictured. Through no fault of seller there was a delay in delivery by post office, might have been weather related but tracking kept me informed and it arrive safely a couple of days later than scheduled. Have no hesitation recommending seller .

    The four Spellforce PC games I ordered were all in excellent condition. All items perfectly described. As I am a collector for these specific games I was highly pleased (especially with the SF Gold LE). Packaging was perfect with very fast delivery. Excellent value. Thank you so much for these. Great seller all round.

    Little bit more damage than described - one of the rope holder posts is snapped, and the elephant bush had also come off. Seller indicated this was boxed but didn't mention the lack of original polystyrene to keep it secure in transit. Lots of bubble wrap on outside, but inside box wasn't completely filled so there was still some movement. Still a great piece and working nicely. Postage reasonable. Good communication. Would buy from again.
