  I bought a new, shrink-wrapped journal from this seller. It arrived inside a bubble pack mailer from the US Postal Service and then another plastic envelope. It had a dent in the bottom of the cover, which it did not have in the listing picture, so that occurred in transit. It should have been packed in a box to prevent such damage. However, the seller promptly gave me the partial refund I asked for & was courteous. Would buy from seller again, but specify the packing I want ahead of shipping.

  Very nice Applewood edition of Hardy Boys hard cover book entitled "The Shore Road Mystery". Both book and dust jacket in excellent condition. Book just as shown in photos by seller. Great book at very good price - value for money! Shipping was very prompt and secure. Book was nicely packaged. Very responsive & helpful seller - highly recommended!

  There was a mix up with my order and I did not receive the item. I got to keep the item i did receive and my money was refunded. This seller is obviously very honest and open and I totally commend them for that. They want to make sure that the customer is satisfied. It is not always that you come across these type of people any more. If you are in need of a book, please shop here first.

  The item is brand new. It was not the newer edition that was pictured in the listing (it appears to be the original edition) so I am not exactly receiving the version that I intended to receive -- but it is in good (new) shrink-wrapped condition and it arrived in a timely manner, so, for that -- thank you! Would do business with again.

  It is a gift which hasn't been given quite yet. I haven't opened the wrapping but it appears new. I thought it was going to be used so I am very happy about that. I was emailed at each step of the delivery process which I also very much appreciated. It was a successful and prompt transaction. 5 stars and hearts! I can write more when the recipient weighs in with his opinion. Thank you!

  Item as described. Terrible communication and responsiveness. Took a solid week before a tracking number was even generated. Post office showed acceptance of the item another two days later and it was finally delivered two weeks after I paid for it. This was beyond the latest stated delivery date by several days and all due to the seller simply not shipping it out in a timely fashion. On top of that my inquiry after several days went completely unanswered. Will not do business with again.
