  Item arrived sooner than expected and very well packaged. I did encounter one issue that necessitated the need to contact the seller. Conversing with the seller and the means in which he remedied the situation was actually the best part of this transaction. So much so that I immediately placed another order and also placed pilot-mjap on my preferred seller list shared with only two others.   I am extremely pleased with this silverware. The actual items are in even better condition than I expected from the pictures. They were very safely packaged and arrived even before the estimated delivery date. The enclosed letter made the transaction feel like I had gone into an actual shop and bought the items in person.
