However they do go 3 out 4 sides of all but two and those fully around. Never ever said it was thier fault just pointed to the listing. Ask to return for a refund, it is a made to order product but immediatly accepted. The pictures the buyer has shown do not show the case completly closed , meaining that LED seam far more visable than they actually are when case is closed. Buyer returned dameaged

Seller was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Frames arrived 8 February 2025 beautifully packaged; plenty of bubblewrap and cardboard to protect them from damage. Perfect sizing and well made. Couldn't have been better. I'm a very happy repeat customer.

This one unfortunately had some shipping issues with getting damaged, and a replacement getting lost - none of it was the fault of the seller, but it’s worth noting as they kept me informed, responded quickly to my messages & ensured I got the frame I needed. Highly recommend.
