  Item was shipped with tracking info and signature required, though it did take about 4 days before it was sent (over a weekend). It could have been packaged with more protection but it arrived undamaged and 1 week + 2 days after purchase. Item was new in box (I don't think Sony is sealing these recyclable packaging), and exactly as advertised except for it being the 512GB storage version instead of the 256GB, which is a very happy accident as far as I'm concerned. I recommend this seller highly!

  Buyers should be aware that the item ships from Hong Kong. Seller disclosed that in listing, but it also was included in a search where item location said U.S. and seller advertises as U.S. based. I was frustrated with the communication which followed. However, the item did arrive on the last day of the window and was as described. It is, indeed, authentic merchandise. Just know that it ships from overseas, and I would very much expect the back rather than front end of the delivery range.

  Buyer is confused and failed to read the listing. When buyer searched, it was showing him sellers location not item location. We clearly specified we are located in USA but our item for this specific listing comes from Hong Kong, it was very clear in the listing. Buyer failed to read listing and now blaming his mistake on the seller. We have many buyers asking where item is coming from and they are aware of this fact, we are not hiding where item is coming from for this Global model Mobile Phone

  I ordered a phone for a friend who was leaving the following week. This seller listed the phone as US Location. After purchasing the phone, I saw that the tracking information showed the Phone was being shipped from China. Regardless, the phone arrived within the following week sealed and brand new condition. Much props for how quick the shipping is. I'm very satisfied with the overall communication and customer service!

  Seller was great keeping open great communication when needed and gave great information I requested. Only thing that could have made it better would have been ability to redirect package to FedEx office to pick up there. This would have prevented need to remain home waiting for device to arrive to sign for it. Understand this makes it secure delivery but just wanted to give feedback on the delivery. Bottom line the seller is first class!

  EXCELLENT!!! Very trustworthy. We had problems with the delivery and the seller did all possible to solve it. Even offer to resend the package and it was a very expensive item. Very prompt and good responses. A pleasure to buy here. The best seller I've known in ebay.

  Overall, I've had a postive experience with this seller. 100% would recommend. The transaction was smooth. The delivery was quick and easily tracked. I've been using the device for over a week with no issues and it's what I wanted at a good price. My only criticism is the fact that the "In the box" indicated there's a "Protective case", which I didn't get (unless they meant the little plastic paper slip holding the phone while in the box). This made me have to purchase a case unexpectedly.
