  I had to ask where the boots were to find out they didn't even have them but were advertised! I even paid for them and then almost a month later had to ask where the shipment was and then they cancelled my order and refunded my money. Better do a little better inventory as to what your advertising.

  Ordered on Feb 14th, received March 12th. Slow response to messages, sometimes over 24hrs. Seller forgot to post, had to send messages until it was posted. Courier missed collection. Seller also goes by phoenixglobal and is a store, so had to pay taxes. Buyer beware!
