  Item was as described and was packaged well. Item was purchased on May 23rd and the seller did not ship the item until June 5th. I contacted the seller and did not receive a response. I had to open a case with Ebay before the seller shipped the item. It was finally shipped on June the 5th and arrived on June the 9th.

  The item arrived in good shape. Nevertheless, it is very difficult to figure out who deals with it and where it is. I know it isn't the seller's responsibility but eBay's. I received a notice from eBay stating DHL eCommerce tried to deliver (when I was left). So I went to DHL local facility but they weren't involved. In fact it arrived with the postal service. DHL eCommerce is merely a network head. For the item itself it is a thick document, well organized, perfectly readable. Thanks !

  The item was accurately described and very well packed. Shipping time was inexplicably slow. Upwards of a month, actually. There was no contact, I was going to ask eBay to step in the day the tracking was uploaded. It took several days after that for movement to begin showing. This is becoming an entirely too common occurrence on this platform. If it's a few days slow, I let it slide. This was significantly more than "a few days". Otherwise a creditable transaction and I'd do business again.

  Overall amazing experience, fantastic communication,service,and price. I need a part asap and it was delivered asap. 10 out of 10 experience. Always nervous when buying used parts but it works exactly as it should.
