The packaging from the manufacturer is grossly insufficient for such a relatively heavy item and was damaged during shipping. The furnace was returned and I was given full credit. I ordered a second furnace and it arrived in even worse condition than the first one again due to horrible packaging. The vendor was incredibly helpful and professional. In summary, happy with the vendor. No so happy with Suburban’s choice of packaging.
