  Laptop was reasonably priced, and arrived in acceptable used condition as stated in the listing, well-packaged. Shipping time took a bit longer than expected, most likely due to USPS operations carrier issues. Nevertheless, it arrived with no apparent damage to the box or computer. Thank you!

  Item shipped quickly and was packaged very well. A little problem with Absolute Computrace still being on the laptop and convincing the seller that it was there. But was then able to get it unenrolled and I was finally able to permanently disable it. Good seller!

  I purchased a laptop that was described as being in good condition, but it arrived with a scratched screen. When I reached out to the seller requesting a partial refund, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response: “Good luck sending it back since you shipped it overseas.” This response was not only unhelpful but also offensive. As a buyer, I expect honesty in listings and fairness in resolving issues. Unfortunately, this seller failed on both counts

  The buyer tried to strong arm me into giving him $100 back on an item that cost $179 with free shipping. He opened a return and sent me a message saying I will close the return if I gave him $100 back. I told them I would rather them return it. They were clearly overseas from the address, And used a backdoor way to even get it delivered to them instead of the EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. (Which is against ebay's user agreement). So they tried to strongarm me, I said no, they gave bad feedback.
