    Would give 10 stars! I needed shear bolts for our ailing snowblower and asked if it might be possible to ship quickly (expecting a storm this weekend). The Pantano folks replied within a few hours, saying that the bolts had been shipped immediately. Shipping was FREE. The bolts arrived THE NEXT DAY in perfect condition. They even sent shipping updates! Best customer service I've experienced in long time. Thank you, Pantano - you had my back and took great care of me. Will be a customer for life!
