  Item arrived quickly but was not the item ordered (it was for a diesel engine) contacted supplier passing on relevant photos to confirm incorrect item. A replacement was immediately despatched which arrived the next day. When purchasing anything online, a good seller is one that resolves issues quickly and without fuss. Which is why I have given 5 stars.

  The original parcel was lost by the courier, but the seller responded to my messages promptly and chased them up several time for me before sending a replacement item. Although I received the item late this was not the sellers fault, and am very happy with how they handled the problem. I would gladly buy from them again. The item I received was as ordered and arrived well packed.

  Car engine oil from OPIE OILS. I have used this company before to purchase engine oils. Mark, the representative that answered my email request said that he would have to get back to me after having verified the oil type that I required. Mark was true to his word and contacted me in no time at all . I then completed my purchase and the product was delivered to my wife's place of work on time. The item was well packed and was not damaged ! Thank you Mark and OPIE OILS.

  Other than the courier leaving the box the oil was in on its side (even though the box clearly says “THIS WAY UP” but not the sellers fault) everything is perfect, was delivered in great time and well packaged! I used this oil last time I serviced my bike and it’s great quality and I think good value as a dealership or bike shop would charge a lot more for a service! Thank you 🙏🏻

  Excellent customer service from the seller with very fast dispatch and delivery. The item is as advertised and was well packaged for transit. I have bought oil from this seller before and have always been pleased and satisfied with the quality and value of the products.

  This is not a criticism of Opie, the seller, but I would suggest that FedEx the delivery were dreadful. The auto foam sat with them at Bristol from 04:25 hrs Saturday, meant for delivery by the Monday. It arrived today Thursday. The Cardboard box wrapping was crushed and wet. Fortunately the product was in a 5L plastic container, as that too was squashed and damaged. I have yet to open it, but hopefully it has not leaked.
