  The seller was very helpful and professional. They dispatched the item quickly and provided me with a tracking ref number, but a problem occurred somewhere, perhaps with the Royal Mail courier, and I never received the item. But the seller sent me a replacement immediately as soon as I informed them and dispatched it within minutes, which arrived the next day. Their service was excellent and I was impressed by how quickly they resolved the issue.

  Excellent seller, items arrived damaged in post, I emailed and got a reply by return telling me replacements would be dispatched. I have just received them, all good, thanks very much. Items were as described and a good price.

  Initially i was annoyed as the wrong part was delivered. However, the company responded promptly to my complaint and the correct part was delivered within 24 hours. So on balance my experience was positive.
