  This item arrived without any instructions so I contacted the seller via Ebay account. The next day I received an email showing the side of the packaging box with instructions which had been covered with a label which could not be removed. So , Seller! Be careful this does not happen with future orders. I am grateful that the seller responded quickly . I cannot give more than 3 stars presently as this product has to be used continually before results can be assessed.

  Great little scooter, which will be fun for me and the grandkids to use. As described: scooter is new, box was damaged. It was also good value as considerably cheaper than the listed price from major outlets. There was delay in receiving it, because Evrie, the delivery company lost it, but I let the seller know and they immediately sent out a new one with no quibble, which arrived very quickly at the pick up point. Thank you.

  Very pleased with this purchase of Philips remote. Works perfectly and accurate seller described item exactly so adding confidence to purchase. Really fair price and top seller dispatched item at once in perfect packaging to arrive in top condition - full marks to the seller. No back cover but easily improvised and the remote operates bang-on. exactly what I was looking for and really satisfying buyer experience all round. Totally recommended seller and outlet. Excellent!

  Truly exemplary service. Msgd a question early on Monday morning, replied within a few minutes. Same with a follow up question minutes later. Went on to purchase immediately. Despatched within 2-3hrs max and was delivered within 24hrs (by Evri in the run up to Christmas!). Definitely recommend the seller.
