  The item was as described and good value for money but the drip tray was broken despite the package being well wrapped. Box did look a bit rough around the edges, it looked like it had a rough journey. Contacted seller and refund was received promptly.

  The item was received as described. Evri were very slow in the delivery of the item and both the seller and myself were required to chase this up before it moved from the sellers local depot to the delivery depot. Packaging was good and this was the best value original remote available which also was in full working order.

  This item arrived without any instructions so I contacted the seller via Ebay account. The next day I received an email showing the side of the packaging box with instructions which had been covered with a label which could not be removed. So , Seller! Be careful this does not happen with future orders. I am grateful that the seller responded quickly . I cannot give more than 3 stars presently as this product has to be used continually before results can be assessed.

  An absolutely brilliant seller with super professional customer service, communication, quick dispatch, early delivery updates with super fast delivery, next day Evri packaging was absolutely perfect incredibly protective.   Fast delivery, brought for my granddaughter for birthday. The item arrived with the box ripped open, so message the seller to let them know incase anything was missing, thankfully all items was in the box. And all went together easily.   The seller responded fast [ I had the item 3 days later] Reasonable postage well packaged and good value for the asking price. The actual item worked well and did exactly what I purchased it for, very satisfied.
