  Fast dispatch, secure packaging, condition and quality as described/looks. Great value. I took advantage of the 'Buy 3 Get One Free' deal as I'm buying gifts, and I'm so happy I'll be able to treat the recipient to an extra colour. The seller's communication is excellent, I was accidentally sent a wrong size nib set but they sorted it for me with the correct ones sent out in no time. Would shop here again should I need any more POSCA gifts.

  Excellent quality item, this is repeat business with this seller. Item delivered in mint condition due to good packing. Excellent value for money from this seller, which is why I have bought several items. Appearance of the item is exactly as shown in the images in the listing. Item exactly as described.

  Item is just as described and new great quality and fantastic value appearance just as described Royal Mail let you down even though was in a padded envelope it being a tin took several bashings during the post but as a pencil tin it will take several more bashes at school but Royal Mail is not the right delivery to use they just don’t care anymore x

  Pen was late in arrival. Not the suppliers fault. Probably rubbish postal service. Asked for a refund which was very quick in its arrival. However after the refund arrived so did the pen. Informed the supplier of its arrival and asked for an invoice to pay. He was more than fair and would not let me pay because of the late arrival. He didn't have to do that so in my opinion this was more than fair and a very nice chap. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks to the very nice chap. A*+

  Received my order but one pen was missing I contacted the seller and asked if they could send the missing pen, which I havge now received it only took two days. I would recommend this seller as excellent. Very helpful

  I had a few hickups but from no fault of this magnificent seller, they went above and beyond to help me with whatever issues I was faced with, I shared my thoughts on the matter and it was all recieved in kind, a replacement was sent and this is exactly what I needed, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS SELLER 5* phenomenal customer service and I wish them the best success with their company.
