    After contact directly with customer support they had asked to resolve any recourse. I m happy to say they did phenomenal in resolving any concerns and sent out the correct item, packaged well and recieved quickly. Authenticity was there and as described when item was recieved. Thanks!

    The product arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. It required a signature, but the deliverer called to bypass it and hid it on my porch. The earrings are an 9.5/10—great for the price. The only downside was the packaging. They came in a tin box for protection, but the earring box was taped to it, and removing it ripped the jewelry box. So, it’s not really giftable. Just wanted to share my thoughts. Thanks!

    Beautiful bracelet, arrived very very quickly. Weeks before the estimated time. Vendor very professional and caring. I believe he can be trusted. Bracelet was shipped in several layers of protection. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
