    The item is a new, genuine BMW part, as described. The seller’s communication is really good. I knew shipping would take a while, but it was longer than expected. I intend to buy another item from this seller, but due to the extended shipping time, I will definitely wait until after riding season.

    Price and shipping was low. Order placed 29 July and received 9August. I've ordered parts from U.S. companies that cost way more and shipped slower. It was packaged so that nothing could harm the part short of a tank rolling over it. oe245 will be my first stop for BMW parts from now on.

    I ordered the left taillight for my 2002 Mercedes e430. It arrived timely and was in new condition as advertised. I also separately ordered the right taillight from this same seller and unfortunately they notified me it was no longer available and refunded me credit card the next day. I am happy with the part I received though.
