OCSParts has been selling its quality products on eBay since 2012. Our core products focus on commercial food service replacement items, however, over the years, we have expanded the product range. Today, we offer thousands of products and we ship up to 20,000 orders each month from our distribution center located in the Seattle, Washington area.

We process and ship most orders within 24 hours. Many of our products are offered with free shipping. We ship products using standard shipping services offered by the USPS or Federal Express.

    Needed a particular size of Oetiker clamps; OCSParts had them in a reasonable number at a reasonable cost. Clamps are as described. Although they arrived a couple of days late due to the USPS part of the UPS Mail Innovations shipping system, they got to me in plenty of time for my project. Very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend this merchant.

    I'm very upset with this company. They will not return messages in eBay. In fact, they say they haven't received any messages from me and history shows otherwise. Ordered some cables 9 days ago and they have not shipped yet. They say the order is "on hold" but I had to find that out for myself by calling them after searching for their phone number. After I called, the person I need to speak to apparently is out of the office and I need to wait a day or two for them to get back with me via Ebay.
