    Exactly as described and speedy delivery. After about a month i had an issue and seller was quick to respond with potential fixes. When they didn't work they arranged next day pick up and a repair. Laptop was back at home in working order within days! TOP SELLER, will definitely be recommending them to others.     Packaging, As described and Value, I have to say I must have come up trumps, this for me is far better than my old hp laptop if performs very well and for a refurbished laptop, this is very good company to buy products off they went the extra mile in helping me out, the postage for this product was excellent to, grateful thanks to all.

    Item as described in the listing, and arrived quickly. However communication with the seller was misleading, I asked if it had been opened up to which the seller said no, however there was a screw missing from the bottom of the laptop. Second I confirmed with the seller if it had been factory reset, to which the reply was yes, however there was a user profile on the computer. Be wary when seeking item clarifications.
